The place has great potential, a beautiful atmosphere, and good energy, but honestly, I would expect a more courteous staff that matches the price point. The only team that really stood out were the guys from the beach activities — always smiling and providing top-notch service. They were truly excellent! Unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not meet the same standard, and the level of customer care was not what you’d expect from a hotel aiming for a five-star experience.
Even the reception could benefit from investing more in staff training: more smiles, more professionalism, and a greater focus on the guests. Otherwise, if it’s not possible to improve the service, it would be fair to adjust the prices accordingly. It’s simply not right to pay five-star prices and not receive the level of service that should come with it.
