The building was being renovated, which we didn't know prior to staying. Required to walk through the entire building, up stairs, down stairs, up more stairs to get to our rooms. Food was really nice, great restaurant and all of the staff were helpful and friendly.

Room was fairly clean, entrance under renovation, cobwebs in the corner, staff were fine, not massively helpful, room had peeling wallpaper, could hear through the walls very easily. No WiFi, tv was so slow and only had channels 1-5. It was fine as a pit stop for a night, wouldn’t chose to return. Oh yeah, and only 1 towel in the room, bed was a small double

Arrived around 4 30pm, check in lady was very helpful, given a room on the 1st floor, but right at the back of the hotel, quite a walk and rear of a yard, real bright security light do come though the blind provided, room itself was ok, window glass broken seals, like a skip yard out of the windiw, beds soft, coffee and tea privided

Staff were wonderful can't fault them they were really attentive and caring. The first room we were put in was a bit of a disaster lol the tap in the bathroom was loose and had a huge hole under it, the whole room smelt of smoke and poo when we walked in the chairs arms were both hanging off soy partner fixed it and the WiFi is useless outside was awful too we were next to what looked like a dumping ground and it was so noisy, if you need to study or work don't bother due to the WiFi , but as soon I I told reception we were moved and into an immaculate room WiFi wasn't any better but everything in the room was wonderful and clean! Can't fault staff at all especially the lovely lady on the desk when we left she couldn't do enough for you. The gent in the food area was great too
