Hyggelig atmosfære

Vi boede her en enkelt nat. Det var rigtig dejligt, at der var parkering til rådighed. B&B’et ligger rigtig tæt på Ocean Drive og stranden-blot ti minutters gang. Vi var fire voksne mennesker-og værelset var lidt for småt til mere end en enkelt overnatning. Til gengæld var morgenmaden virkelig fantastisk og meget hyggelig.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage von Miami Beach. Leckeres Frühstück draußen auf der idyllischen Terrasse. Allerdings war es morgens um neun schon um die 30 Grad. Klimaanlage im Zimmer ließ sich nicht vom Zimmer aus regulieren, sondern nur vom Handy des Gastgebers aus.

I want to start out with the positives, the customer service/staff were amazing and very accommodating to holding our bags before and after checkout, and easy to reach via messaging! It was walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and the beach which were a plus without a car. The negatives, the beds were SO uncomfortable! Our living quarters had a weird, unpleasant smell possibly from someone cooking, we weren’t sure? The a/c was on a set temperature and we were very hot in the evenings. Pillows were paper thin and we had no wash cloths. Overall it’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but we would not stay again.

Arrivée à 15h15, personne ne répond. Nous partons et revenons à 16h, toujours personne. Personne ne répond malgré des messages/appels. Vers 16h40, on nous ouvre enfin. Chambre correct, salle de bain mal nettoyée et avec un débit d’eau terrible ainsi qu’un pommeau de douche tellement encrassé que l’eau ne coule plus. Ne parlons pas de l’eau chaude qu’il faut attendre très longtemps. Clim trop bruyante, qu’on ne peut même pas éteindre ou allumer à notre convenance. Le bruit nous a donc empêché de dormir. Réveil à 6h à cause du bruit dans la maison. Néanmoins le petit déjeuner est un plus.

I love the Italian owner. He has a strong accent, but friendly and inviting. It was my first time in Miami, so I didn’t know about pay parkings. The owner offered to pay for our parking for free of charge for 24 hrs. This was a blessing. B&B (breakfast) was delicious and made fresh once you wake up. I love the omelettes served at this location because it is not the traditional omelettes you get at Hamptons or other hotels. One thing I dislike was the house lizards in the backyard which is common in Miami - you will see them everywhere in Miami. Overall, great place to stay and most things are within walking distance. My friend and I walked to and from our B&B. Highly recommended.

Hôte très sympa et de bon conseil, petit déjeuner excellent et vraiment très copieux ( salé et sucré et fruit) . Matelas très confortable. L’eau de la douche est faible et difficile à régler . La Clim qu’on ne peut pas éteindre mais nous avons fermé les aillettes au plafond et ça a été. Merci pour l’accueil

The property manager was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage due to our early morning flight into town until later in the day when our room was ready. The property was overall pleasant, the room had only the bed to sit on, no chair, bench or even stool. Our only real issue was with breakfast as the assortment of food that was consumed by others on the beautiful outdoor patio was extremely limited and we had a very petite breakfast. When we asked about this, the young woman smiled and started clearing the patio table, we took that as our que to leave.

So warm and welcoming! Highly recommend.

We had such a nice stay at Villa Venezia BB! Ivone was incredible! We had a super warm welcome and they were so accommodating with all our needs. The check-in and out was easy and the property easy to find. The breakfast was so nice and we enjoyed meeting some of the other guests. We felt like we were with family. We would highly recommend staying here. We really enjoyed it.

Very nice and well maintained property lead by a very friendly Italien host, who at any point in time was ready to help. Great breakfast with best coffee in Miami (potentially even Florida). The room was a bit tiny for three adults, however we only stayed one night. Hence it was OK. All in all I can recommend the place with pricing being adequate.

Comfortable B&B in South Beach

My husband and I stayed here for one night after disembarking a Caribbean cruise. The owner was super sweet and welcoming. He met us at the front gate for check in. We we were able to text with him before hand to schedule an arrival time. The room was very comfortable and the neighborhood was great. There is an awesome place to get greek food (Meraki Gyro & Bakery) a couple of blocks away and there is also a great coffee shop nearby (Cafe Umbria). Both the greek food and coffee shop were within walking distance. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to stay here again in the future!
