I stayed at the Hiton Garden Hotel with my wife. The hotel and room were excellent. The food was of the standard you would expect from this chain. The drinks were expensive. The people on the desk were welcoming, polite and kind other than on one occasion where I was unaware that I was to sign an invoice for our meal for it to be added to to our room bill. As we passed the desk, the gentleman attending it called over to us 'leaving so soon?' I took this as an accusation or a rude reminder.

Despite twice contacting reception to help fix the issue (which they said they had done by controls at reception) it still didn’t waork and was freezing. They eventually brought manual heaters but this is not the standard I would expect. At no point were we offered another room
