The property is very conveniently located near the tarin line and the main area of Nishikasai (~5 minute walk) with lots of shops (including laundromats) and restaurants nearby. The owners were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, even providing and insisting I take an umbrella on rainy days! Would absolutely come back and stay again

Breakfast was in our frig every afternoon. It consisted of fruit, yoghurt & a sandwich usually with slight variations. Room was clean & owners were extremely friendly & accommodating. Lovely stay...small..but what hotel isn't in Japan! Only suggestion...the bed was VERY low to the ground...was difficult for an older person to get in/out of...very comfortable mattress though!

Great staying. The rooms are small, but charming and with all the needed service for a 2-3 day visit. Although isn't in downtown, it allows a full experience of what living in Tokyo means.
