DONT DO IT!!!

Terrible!! Coffee pot in room unusable. No outlets to use except in bathroom. Garbage outside all around the cans. Ice machine didnt work. Stairs covered in mud. Located next to an airport which was sometimes loud but the planes were the lesser of the problem at this place. Dingy towels. Mold in shower. Will NEVER stay again!!

Very good value for money. Price for 2 nights was same as 1 night at Motel 6 with the added bonus of a good breakfast and a larger more spacious room with Fridge & Microwave. Staff helpfull and friendly. Had read some really bad reports about this hotel but we experienced none of the horror stories. Room was clean without a cockroach in sight!! Only negative was a slightly noisy small airfield next to the hotel but that didn't worry us.

I worked all day and drove from L.A. to hotel, all I wanted was to get some sleep and the AC in room is so old, it took 2 hours to cool room. They have policy of not replacing towels, only after 3 days of use, who wants to use the same towel 3 days.

The stay was good, our room was clean.. the only thing is that it smelled like a cigarette. We had trouble sleeping because of the smell. The service was great. Both gentlemen that assisted my father and I were sweet and patient with us. I would stay here again, I would just bring a febreeze.

Check in and check out process was fast, which was good bc I could not get out fast enough after my stay. I was on a limited budget so i didn't have many options but the rooms conditions are so disgusting its worth getting a loan to stay elsewhere. Huge spider ran across the bed room carpet when i walked in. Another huge spider in the restroom. Tiny bugs on the uncleaned sink. Larger bugs on restroom floor. Rat dropping in the corner of the bedroom. Then the pleasant smell of dampness and possibly the cover up of some other smell I couldn't put my finger on but still horrific. And lastly the gathering of more bugs outside the door to sip on the pool of water dripping from the ac. I was alone this trip so I dealt with the poor conditions bc of the rate. There is no way I would stay with my wife and kids.

This is a hotel?

I cancelled as soon as I walked into the Lobby, I was there because my AC unit broke down at home, turns out when I got the hotel, the AC in the Lobby was not that good either. I was sweating as I waited about 15 minutes for someone to show up at the register. I asked for a room near the pool, because my son and I wanted to cool off, and turns out the pool was not in service, so I cancelled and they issued a refund. We need more options here in Imperial for a nice stay. I ended up in El Centro and the hotel there was not that far behind this one. But at least it had a pool in service.

Dos estrellas, ni más ni menos.

El hotel está bien, si lo que buscas es estar cerca del aeropuerto de Imperial, pues está justo enseguida y No necesitas vehículo para transportarte. Es un hotel 2 estrellas, no esperen más. Si tienen auto y quieren más lujo y comodidad, hay otros hoteles cerca entre 3 y 5 km de distancia.
