poor customer service
This stay was on of our worst hotel experiences. We stayed for 2 night and dined in at their inhouse restaurant /pub and the service was absolutely horrible, when I approached the Hotel Supervisor about our overall experience. When we expressed out dissatisfaction for our service at the pub we were told to speak with the supervisor... the supervisor was our server. We had a table larger then 7 and were charged a 18% gratuity, it felt like to us she knew she had her tip accounted for by their gratuity rules and service didn't matter. We had plates and glasses never picked up from our table until we started stacking them up in a tower as we were out of table space. We had to ask her for things and to get her attention. On top of the poor service their the hotel had kids running around all over til late in the night screaming and playing hockey in the halls.
