I’ve read good and bad about this place and overall it wasn’t that bad for what we needed it front desk person was very nice. They had coffee in the morning. They let us park car for the whole week while we were on the cruise and it was cheaper than the actual parking lot for the curses And basically just walking across the street so overall we will be back to this place when we take another cruise

This hotel has had its day, dodgy wires all over the room. Noisy fridge, chipped and dirty furniture and hallways in bad repair. Three soda machines only one working and they don’t even have a restroom once you have checked out. Forget it!

Not a great place. Compared to other hotels in the area you get what u pay for. Hair in the tub. Bar soap so dry it barely lathered (bring your own). Hole in sheet. Place is old and worn. Needs updating. Great location for cruises.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The property is very outdated and clearly hasn’t been properly maintained. Cleanliness was a major issue—there were roaches in the room, mold in the toilet, and even eyelashes stuck to the shower curtain, which made it feel unsanitary and neglected. Overall, it did not feel like a comfortable or safe place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness and upkeep.

I selected this place for the location: it’s within walking distance to the cruise terminal. The photos are misleading. The property is older and needs repairs and cleaning. This ground floor room had updated furniture. The front sidewalks are littered with dog poop. Inside has grime in every corner. The sheets and pillowcases are stained and we found more than 1 stray hair. The faucet fixtures have white scum and calcifications. The tile was crumbling and broken in the bathroom: there was broken tile and a visible 4 inch hole with exposed concrete blocks. Other fixtures in the bathroom had corrosion and rust. There was a damp smell in this ground floor room. We actually looked for another place to stay but couldn’t find one. So we slept in our clothes on top of the sheets and put another layer on top of the pillows. We also used the water in our bottles to brush our teeth. My son needed his inhaler all night something there triggered his asthma.

The room was horrible. There was burn holes in the curtains; stains all over the mattress; the bathtub was disgusting. They didn’t even have a blanket on the bed. Just sheets!

The check-in experience was poor, with no staff initially present and an unfriendly employee. The room was dirty, outdated, and had a strong unpleasant smell. The bathroom was especially unclean. The window door were already open upon arrival, and there were strange noises and drawers opening on their own, which made the stay feel unsafe and unsettling. It felt like someone was in the room watching. It was so late when arrived I wasn’t able to book another hotel. I should have done my research before booking but thought it seem okay since it was next to cruise port. Overall, it felt like an unsafe, poorly maintained hotel — the worst the guest has experienced.

Room was very neglected. Did not reflect the pictures online. Had to switch rooms because our room had a bad smoke smell and the bathtub was rusting. The next room wasn’t that much cleaner and the bed was broken

We were looking for a budget friendly place to stay before our cruise. We technically got it, we were only there about 12 hours and I’m glad we didn’t need to stay longer. The rooms themselves were pretty gross, I was afraid to touch anything. It smelled like smoke and weed in all the hallways. We survived, but I would not stay there again and would not recommend.
