Nice service and the location is compact. The room is too small for 2 travellers. The sound insulation of room is poor as i heard the TV sound from adjacent room in middle of night. It needed to wait a long time for hot water for showering.

Too Small

Bed comfort was fine but the room is just too small. In the bathroom, if you sit on the commode, one foot will be in the shower.

Small, hot room for a lot of money

The room was very hot, no thermostat, temp controlled at front desk for whole floor, no chair, couldn't open door without moving suitcases, and very expensive. They did give a fan to me for the room, but there was hardly space in the room for the fan. And it was expensive

I knew the room is going to be small but I expected at least entirely clean rooms, it had dirty floors, and dust between connections of walls. Edinburgh Inhospitality Service

Tiny room, no window (two steps & at the bed) for £150. No real storage space, nightstand or shelves. Tea & coffee extra, but the water free (whoopee!). A bit like being in a particularly cramped life-boat/pod. Utterly amenity-dvoid & soul-less.Easyhotel.com licensed to rip you off by the Edinburgh summer inhospitality sector.

Just don't go to Edinburgh in July

For £122 for a one night stay. Absolutely abysmal. I knew I had bought the double no window room. What I did not expect was to have a concrete bed, to smell other people's toilets, to hear their conversations because the walls are so thin and for the toilet and shower to be the entire size of an aeroplane toilet. The ac is controlled via the frontdesk and while I am someone who has a mini hairdryer you do have to ask for one at the frontdesk (not too bad). It's not the cleanest but the rooms are soo tiny and stupidly made that unless you ripped the bed out then you would never get it clean. If you are disabled do not go here there are no lifts. There are simply no photos to show the stairs to the reception but it's one to many for anyone with physical disabilities. For £122 because it's July the only redeeming quality was that the staff were so nice it almost broke my heart to tell them it was awful but for minimum wage I would not be surprised if they knew as well
