The customer service started off very strong and reliable. It quickly changed and turned sour. We found three cockroaches and one beetle in our suite within the first two days of our stay. Our party consisted of four adults and six kids…so a washer and dryer are essential. To our surprise the dryer was not operational. After two emails and a phone call later of complaints and updates-the establishment claimed they have ordered the part to the dryer but it was unknown when it will be replaced. My problem is-NO ONE came by to inspect the dryer for that determination to have been made. So they were aware of the malfunction and rented the suite having prior knowledge that my party included six kids. Doing laundry was essential considering the large group of kids and they did not offer a second plan or refund of some sort. Secondly, the guards at the sign in were useless with maintaining order in the one entry point allowed. It took me 35 mins to enter the location because there were people checking in and obstructing the “guest entry lane”. We finally made it in when we cut the line from the far right lane: had we not done this-the wait to enter would have been over an hour. Moving forward, I will not book with this establishment again.

We had 2 families staying together and this home worked out perfect for us. The 5 bedrooms gave us the space we needed. The house was clean and spacious. It was close to both Disney World and Universal Studios. There were alot of store and restaurant options close by. Would stay here again if we find ourselves in the Orlando area again.

Great location overall, close to the theme parks we went to. Grocery and restaurants close by, other then have issues with the living room TV for 2days we were unable to see it and was a bit inconvenience when we wanted to enjoy the night watching tv with kids down stairs, but other then that it was great. Kids loved it.
