As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five. The facility is too old to use. To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times. The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill. The drain of the tub is only half-working. When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued. AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts. Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30. Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up. Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!! By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good.

This hotel is under construction and did not offer a pool, fitness area or an acceptable eating area. We picked this hotel because it was listed as having a pool, yet when we arrived the pool and common areas were filled with construction material. I normally work in the cafe early morning, before breakfast is served but the area was also under construction and not acceptable to work from. This hotel should advertise the state of the facility or close until construction is completed.

It was a disaster. Upon check-in, we were told that there was no room for us despite our having pre-paid! Then, another customer with the same problem had to help the front desk clerk with his computer. The clerk handed us a key and said, "This should hopefully work." We went to our room and the key did work, but there was another family already inside the room! We must have scared them by barging in, but we barged out quickly. At this point, we were prepared to go elsewhere but the clerk went to check another room personally and it was vacant. We couldn't sleep all night because we kept picturing some stranger coming into our room, just as we had come into someone else's. Awful experience all around. At the end of all this drama, we were promised a refund, which we have not received.
