Dancing in the broken strobe light pod bathroom.

Strange set up with one of every ibis sub brand on the same site. We booked into ibis normal? The red one. Reception and some of the corridors on the ground floor were modern, then you turned a corner and took a step back in time. Opening the door to the room took me back to classic ibis with the pod bathroom (we’ll get to that in a moment), no air conditioning in 35degree heat, and broken furniture (the bedside “table” was actually just a plank wedged between the bed and the wall. The pod bathroom was typical ibis but with broken strobe lights to the point where using the loo felt like a cross between a being in a nightclub and being subjected to some sort of torture sequence. We asked to change room but none other were available…so using the loo in the dark was the only option. Breakfast was good, probably the best thing about the hotel

La literie est très moyenne avec des coussins beaucoup trop mous, la chambre ne possède pas de prises USB pour recharger les appareils électroniques (normal c'est assez ancien) mais il n'y a même pas de brosse dans les WC pour ne pas laisser de "souvenirs" avant de quitter la chambre, incroyable

Les chambres situées au rez-de-chaussée sont assez bruyantes. On entend clairement les clients marcher et parler à l’étage supérieur, ce qui peut être gênant, notamment le soir. J’ai également dîné au restaurant de l’établissement. La cuisine est bonne, rien à redire sur la qualité des plats. En revanche, le service est décevant. Malgré la présence de cinq serveurs pour environ vingt-cinq clients, l’attente est longue et le service manque d’organisation. Les serveurs semblent davantage occupés à discuter entre eux qu’à s’occuper des tables, ce qui nuit à l’expérience. C’est la première fois que je laisse un avis critique, car habituellement je publie toujours des avis positifs. Enfin, un dernier point d’amélioration : il serait appréciable de mettre à disposition de quoi nettoyer les appareils de fitness après utilisation.
