Could hear neighbors in room next to me but, other than that. It was a good stay.

Rooms were nice and comfy, breakfast was good with plenty of options. It was a short stay. The person in that checked us in was a little rude but not a big deal. And it was only 5 minutes from the ballpark so that was nice, thank you

When we checked in we were told they had no handicap rooms available. I than requested a down stairs room, again no rooms available. We had prepaid, no refund. So we took a upstairs room. On Saturday when leaving for the day my husband fell down the stairs. He refused to go to the hospital. We were in town for the Turlock College softball tournament. He did not want to miss our granddaughter play. Parking was bad. Service trucks were parked in two spots and one with a trailer took up 8 spots so we had to walk a ways to our room and than up and down stairs. Microwave did not work we had to plug in by moving the furniture. On Saturday we did go down for breakfast and they were out of everything we had to ask to restocked. We had 3 rooms booked there for the weekend. We go to Turlock 3 times a year we will not be staying there again. This has put a bad light on Best Western. We travel watching our granddaughter play softball which means hotel rooms every weekend. We will not be staying at Best Western again.

I was told they don't have a tap to pay machine. So, I had to book online. Which created a whole slew of problems I'm still trying to get a refund. I ended up getting charged for two (2) nights stay when I only stayed for one (1). I don't know whether it was the Inn staff or the Expedia travel agent who put me in this predicament. Either way, I'm down over $300 and not able to get any money back. Be sure to bring a credit card. Because, they also wouldn't accept. Was it only from me? Or is that standard?
