It was very quiet and relaxing absolutely loved our stay. Easy access to the beach the pools aren’t working right now which was fine we knew before we booked it. Still very awesome stay without the pool will stay here again!

The most okayest hotel stay I’ve ever had

It was fine. I’m pretty sure this is someone’s lil apartment that they rent out. The tv didn’t work and the front door didn’t actually close, u could just push it open. The bathroom sink was clogged. But it served the purpose I guess.

Unit owners responsive. Needs more staff for larger property amenities that are completely closed for use-except beach access. Beachfront unit view the best part. The linens were exceptional.

Great room, beach location and clean hotel.

Location and hotel were great for the 4th of July weekend. Room was clean and hotel staff were always cleaning. Room was stocked with everything you would need for a weekend getaway. Beds were comfy, but pillows could be updated, but overall you can still see the ocean and sunrise even though it was a side view of the ocean. This room was great to watch the fireworks across the city too! Definitely would love to come back and stay in this room again.

It’s so sad what has happened to this beautiful resort! The owner needs to FIX The Pools and deck!!!!!! And there’s NO reason the restaurant, indoor pool or bathrooms are closed. We will NOT be back!

Everything was pretty nice but I wasnt happy about the air conditioner leaking water all on the balcony, or the restaurant not being open and also not being able to get clean sheets. Other then that Everything was good.

Amazing ocean view … this place had an indoor pool and outdoor but both pools were closed I can understand the outdoor since it wasn’t really the season but the indoor pool to be closed also I didn’t understand why ! Other then the balcony being small I pretty much liked everything else!

Parking is the worst. The staff was not friendly. I felt as if I was bothering the desk clerk. She gave short poor parking instructions. There were no instructions to operate the television. I called the front desk & they had no clue! Never again!!!!!

Horrible. This place has gone downhill.

Horrible! The hotel was a mess! Closed pools with no upfront notices. Unsafe parking in the next door lot, with no upfront notice. Beach access was difficult, with no upfront notice. Restaurant was closed. Exercise room was closed. Loud neighbors, people smoking by the pool, screaming kids, loud guests playing music, disgruntle front desk staff and to top it off, they overcharged almost $100 for the cleaning fee. Stay elsewhere.

Black mold covering an entire wall and ceiling. Light switches didn't work. Carpet was sticky. Never seen anyone that worked here. Parking was confusing and not protected. We lost power for the 2 days we were there. When power was restored our building only had the hall lights on while the building beneath us where the hotel guest stay had full power.the parking garage where the condo sat on top of was so bad it was deamed unsafe to park in. The building swayed and shook during wind. The elevators were running and stoping at random floors where noone was. Faulty wiring perhaps? Our suites fire sprinkles were rusted and looked like the entire building is lacking in inspections.

ALL AMENITIES CLOSED!

Back in the day, this place was probably amazing. At no time ever in any communication, ad, or during the transaction did anyone mention that this hotel's amenities were closed. ALL OF THEM! 4 pools, closed. Restaurant, closed. Tiki Bar, CLOSED! In fact, the sea wall was destroyed in the last hurricane, which in turn has destroyed much of the pool deck, so you can't even access the beach through the hotel. 7 elevators, only 1 works... Looks like it's been that way for a year and it's on its last legs. The room pictured was upgraded. The one we got was not. AT ALL. We made the best of it. The beach is always a good time. Just know what you're getting into.

The room was clean. I was not made aware that these rooms are privately owned. I paid for a room with panoramic view got a standard balcony. Paid for a room with a/c did not get that either. Was not advised I need to bring extra towels for bathroom. Had to use the ones given for the water coming from the a/c. I understand things happen, can’t control nature, however, it would be nice to be informed and not showed pictures of something not there. The front desk is not needed don’t have any thing to do with rooms can’t help with anything. So over all poor rating. Want be staying here again.

Sadness

I am saddened by the condition this resort has been left in after the hurricanes. There are no amenities absolutely nothing not even the gym is open. Although you can rent a nice avocado bike from the lobby. This was not our first time at the resort but will be our last time. Hotels.com gave a very vague description of this property. Had we know that there were no pools inside or out, gym, lounge area we would not have booked. I will not mention who but there was an employee there that was talking to one of the longtime residents about how after the hurricanes the owner took the insurance money and pocketed instead of making the repairs to the seawall and building. The building honestly from the beach looks like it's being held up by cables. We did in fact enjoy our stay even though we didn't get to do anything that we anticipated! We will be back to Daytona because we love the area, we will not be back to the resort. Just very saddened by the conditions this beautiful property has been left in by greed. Oh, might I mention, I was charged twice as much when I got to the property as I was quoted online. Just very disappointing.

Lies lies and more lies!!!!

I’ve had many rooms from this site, this by far was the worst.. To begin, before I arrived called to inform that i was in route to reservation. Host answered then hung up on me, then text how can they help? Eventually got that situated, arrived and there was no parking. No parking pass provided either which had us at risk of being towed! Unlocked room lights didn’t work. Used kitchen light assuming it would be fixed(wrong) shower sprayed everywhere bathroom floor was always wet, including leaking tub. Was sold on a beach side room with balcony, that was also a lie. Room was nothing like pictures at alllllll.. A/c drainage into room which made carpet mold . Bed gave us constant back problems and we have no back issues. Room is very small, I could go on and on but please don’t waiste your money here. And Hotels.com was no help either. We were screwed for a whole week. Oh and no beach access, everything was closed in lobby,Pool,gym, business center,restaurant,lounge even front desk. Complete nightmare!!

This property was nice however it was different than the usual check-in. You had to contact me owner in advance and they are owned by separate people. These particular people that I booked with were horrible at communicating and solving issues. Due to the storm I kind of overlooked some things. However when I tried to reach out to them they did not respond and I had to contact them several times just to get into my room. Overall the cleanliness of the room was wonderful. The problem is we will not able to use all of the amenities due to the power being out the stove was inoperable as well as the refrigerator did not have any power and we even try to plug it up where it was unplugged and still no power and again I reached out to the property owner and no response. There was a cooler in the room so I'm assuming this has been an ongoing issue so what we had to do was go get ice to keep the items that we had cool. When booking make sure you inspect the room thoroughly because you may not get what is listed when you book The room apartment condo or Villa. That was the only issue mainly that I had was we were not able to use the stove that we booked for as well as the refrigerator also we were not able to get any channels on the TV so basically we were just able to sleep and shower. Even if the owner couldn't solve the solution right then and there the communication is very poor.
