First room smelled like a wet basement so we got another one. Still smelled like a wet basement. Internet didn't work. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Book this hotel at the last minute it was 8 at night 9 I realized I booked the wrong Hotel called and canceled room was cancelled these people would not refund my money they kept saying because it was after cancellation hours I explain that I cancel an hour after long story short management never responded not even to hotels.com had front desk cleaning lady act as manager denied my refund went to check out location this hotel is old and ran down has not been renovated this is a nasty Hotel do not go there after looking at it and checking out the room I understand why they did not want to give me my money back this hotel doesn't make money it's roach-infested very nasty and has a bad smell it is also in a bad location in the hood

the location was nice and clean. The internet sucks, wifi was horrible on second floor.

Took extra money off card. And I haven't gotten it back

Great front staff. Rooms are comfortable but you can hear neighboring families in rooms beside you. Also the rooms in the front of the hotel have the bright light from the sign shining in. Better window treatment would work to block out light. Overall great stay

We were very pleased with our room. It was spacious and very clean. The entire hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

House keeper did not completely clean my room.

My first room reeked of cigarette smoke and the manager moved me into another room that also smelled of mildew and cigarettes. The bathroom was also covered with hair and the carpet was slightly sticky

First off if I had known you didnt support concealed carry I would not have booked you. 2nd your only 2 story u can get a elevator.
