Clean and comfortable room. Bed comfortable.We ate in the restaurant where the pizza was good but the chocolate fondant dessert a bit dried out - definitely couldn't find the fondant part! Staff were pleasant but all appeared to be doing several jobs at once so a little chaotic!

Very small and outdated rooms. We choose the hotel for convinience and because there was a restaurant at site. It doesnt serve food before 19.30 though, so for a family with small kids that were not really an option. Breakfast is nice.

Stayed here many times as an Ibis bit seems better managed now it’s under B&B. Ideal stopover. Two comments - the parasols outside have gone. Can they be replaced? Also, breakfast times were advised as 6am every day when we checked in. However on Sunday morning we were told it was actually 06:30 but as everything was laid out he turned on the lights and welcomed us in a friendly manner at 06:05. Please can we get clarity that we will always have a breakfast at 6am on a Sunday as it’s important for getting on with our early morning drive to the tunnel. No complaints - just some clarity. Thank you again for another clean friendly autoroute break. The dog was very happy as well.

Very basic rooms, a bit dated as all of the hotel. Nice staff in the hotel, breakfast better than expected. The evening meal at arrival was a disaster. The woman who took orders did not speak any english (ok, this is france where you speak french, but at a hotel with more foreign guests than french you would expect som basic english). No menu, neither in french or english. Only a few options, no choice after hunger or taste. When the meal arrived after waiting one hour one of the Pizzas we ordered was cold. Ibis, you can do better than this!

Breakfast at B&B level.

Till the beginning of last year this was an Ibis hotel. Since B&B took over there are on or two things changed. I am not sure about the improvement of the heating/airconditioning. But the breakfast certainly has been minimised.

The carpets in the rooms are so dirty and old with massive stains it makes you feel like you do not want to put your feet on the floor. Toilet was blocked and had to move rooms. Evening meals are microwaved for a lot of money. Small portions. Breakfast was ok. No staff around It is a pass through hotel travelling to the South and priced low but be warned you get what you pay for. Avoid. Avoid

Disappointing. Very basic. Pre booked an evening meal, coach party arrived before us and we were left without attention for too long, had to ask many times for drinks, bread to keep I us going, food finally arrived at 22.00 and we had been driving for 9 hours and were tied, quality of food when it finally arrived was disappointing. Bed too hot duvet much too thick for room temperature! Overall very disappointing.

DROPPED STANDARDS

We have used this hotel for years as an overnight stopover. This year there was a significant drop in the service provided. We had to wait in a queue to check in whilst the receptionist served customers drinks at the bar. Late afternoon at a busy time for arrivals. We were then told we couldn't have a table in the restaurant for two and a half hours- after having driven almost three hundred miles. When we did go to the restaurant slightly earlier than the given time there were quite a few empty tables. The waitress took our order and we didn't see her again and had to ask another waiterfor service. The food menu was disappointing compared to previously-the new menu is a bistro type menu with a much reduced choice. I mentioned all this when checking out . Shrugged shoulders. Will find somewhere else for our next visit
