Super clean really hot water will stay again

I wasn't impressed at all. Looked nothing like the pictures. 1 set of towls for 3 people, not enough toilet paper or extra rolls, the bathtub stopper would'nt stay up to drain. No refrigerator or microwave. They never cleaned our room to remove the garage or restock. Very disappointed:(

Very clean & wake up right in time. Could not find phone due to be half asleep & wake up call came second time!

When we checked into our first room we found the first 3 pictures. There was dust build up on the air conditioning vent and dust on the phone. I called the front desk and she said she was sorry and immediately put us in another room. The next 3 pictures is from our second room. I called back and asked her if anyone has cleaned any of these rooms! I told her we have stayed her several times before and would not be back. I also told her I understand it wasn’t her fault but both rooms are totally unacceptable

First Room; we walked in and had a heavy smell of Bleach. Carpet was wet in front of the bathroom door with heavy smell of vomit. Call front desk and they gave us another room. This room was satisfactory, but we originally had a corner room with a bit more space which I purposefully ordered when I made the online reservation.

The bed was kind of uncomfortable the bathroom cuz we've been a little cleaner

Nice budget hotel. I requested a fridge and microwave. Initially, I was told no problem. Then, when arrived, I was told the desk clerk needed manager approval. I gave up on that. My wife and I were surprised that they do not make up the rooms after Noon. So we had to go to the front desk to get towels. They gave us a bag for the old towels and told us to put them outside the door. They never picked them up.

Staff was great and bed was comfy- 2 complaints: -Bathroom light didn’t work, I had to use the heat lamp to see. (In the summer!?!?) - cigarette smoke EVERYWHERE!! My room was fine but when entering the building w the smoker station and employees smoking it was gross. People can smoke just not 2ft from the door. MOVE IT!! Also, exiting the elevator on 3rd floor, same thing. This was a poorly ventilated section of smoking rooms. My clothes stunk by time I entered my room due to going through both those areas.

It was fairly clean with a comfy bed. But the toilet seat was broken and I told them. They did nothing. Didn't change linens either. Left dirty towels on floor. Very unprofessional

Room was not clean, the bed was very uncomfortable. Advertised free breakfast, but it was not provided. Many other options literally in the same parking lot. Won’t stay here again
