It was dirty and not enough towels and the staff wasn’t helpful and the shower water wasn’t able to turn the temperature down and it was too hot and the window couldn’t open properly and the pric was a rip off for 2 nights

The bedsheets, pillows and blankets provided were stained. The bathroom surfaces were dirty. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time and was not happy with the stay. I will never book here again.

It was a bed for the night with a shower so did the job for our overnight stay but this place needs some serious work. The bedroom was tatty and tired with the bedside cabinet hanging off the wall. The bed was at least clean and made but it was so uncomfortable with terrible pillows that need throwing out. The bathroom was rather disgusting and hadn't had a proper clean in a very long time. The fittings were hanging off of the wall and the toilet hadn't seen a toilet brush in a very long time. There was at least plenty of hot water but the whole place needs a proper clean.

Sem dúvidas esse foi o pior hotel que já fiquei na vida. Funcionários mal educados e despreparados. Se você for no verão assim como eu, o quarto não tem ar-condicionado nem ventilador e você passa muito calor (e paguei pelo melhor quarto com banheiro privativo). Não tem nenhum frigobar que é um item básico de hotel ou até mesmo hostel. Enfim, não volto nunca mais para esse lugar horroso. Without a doubt, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were rude and unprepared. If you go in the summer like I did, the room doesn't have air conditioning or a fan, and you get very hot (and I paid for the best room with a private bathroom). There's no mini-fridge, which is a basic item in a hotel or even a hostel. In short, I'm never going back to that horrible place.

Väldigt orent. Tveksamt om det städats överhuvudtaget. Fläckar på lakan och gardiner. Mycket hår i duschbrunnen. Luktade mycket rök i rummet. Lyhört både från gatan och andra rum. Personalen var ok, bemannat 24/7 så inget problem att komma in sent på kvällen. Hade låga förväntningar pga recensionerna men det var ändå ofräschare än väntat. Har inte hög standard vad gäller boenden men detta var det värsta rummet jag sett. Vaknade en morgon före 08 av dammsugning utanför rummet. Billigt och relativt centralt, fungerar att sova på men skulle inte rekommendera detta boendet eller bo här igen. Man får det man betalar för.

The staff were polite and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the overall condition of the hotel felt like something out of the Upside Down or a low-budget horror film. Unfortunately, cleanliness appears to be a significant issues the floors did not seem to have been swept or mopped, and general hygiene standards were lacking throughout. Additionally, there was no hot water available from the tap, and the shower was in poor condition, with peeling surfaces and visible dirt with some much-needed maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this could be a far more pleasant place to stay on budget. .... if a partial refund or a voucher for a future stay cannot be arranged, I would suggest perhaps a little tongue-in-cheek—that a small gesture such as a gift card be provided so the hotel can invest in some basic cleaning supplies, like a mop, bucket, and a hoover.on a more serious note, I do believe some form of compensation would be appropriate given the condition of the facilities during my stay.

Great location. But the Berkeley is more of a hostel than a hotel. The room was dilapidated, pretty much everything was very old, peeling and stained. From bathroom, to door locks, to mattress. They seriously need to invest in some renovation. Staff was polite but then again, I never tested it them with a challenging situation as my room was pre-paid so all they had to do was give me the key. Will never stay again

Location was great near all the shops on baker street and lot of food options. The hotel mattress was stained had a hole in it and a cigarette burn. The bathroom needed a good deep clean. For the location and price we dealt with it for the 3 nights, we flipped the mattress to a cleaner side. You need to pay for tea and coffee making facilities (£5 I think) and for room cleaning it was £10, and no WiFi.
