Terrible customer service!

I would not use this company. I tried to make a late night reservation and after midnight it went into the next day but not checkin until 3pm that day. We stopped at hotel that night and they wouldn't cancel the reservation or refund it and they had no rooms available. They just kept our full payment and basically said sorry. They had plenty of time to rebook those rooms for later that day. We were working with Hotels.com and they both blamed the other.

Very comfortable. The lady working the breakfast room does amazing, she was working very hard and was so attentive and kind! Breakfast was lovely and the coffee was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Cold waters

The hotel is local to my area. My daughter wanted a little getaway and go swimming. Our room was spacious but the entry room was missing a television. Then when we went to the pool the water was freeeeezingggg even though I was told it was a tempered pool. If it would’ve been heated the weekend would’ve been complete. I ended up checking out early because the purpose of the trip was successful. I also was told that I would still have to pay for the evening.

Decent if you get a discounted rate.

Beds are hard as a board. There is limited parking. The breakfast was very good but mostly gone by 9. If I paid full price I’d be upset with the value.

False hope

Main reason for booking this hotel was that it had an indoor hot tub and pool. It was one of the only hotels listed that had one. Well, it had one but it was broken. The pool looked like no one had been in it in a year. The hotel was clean but VERY dated. The walls are thin so you can hear everything going on around you. Breakfast was subpar. The lady making breakfast asked the manager when he was going to get the new waffle maker as the coating on it was gone. It was a bad experience overall, so no more booking from this site for us.

Hopefully nothing is broke down!

We selected this hotel due to it's amenities and when we arrived, the pool, the jazzuzi and the men's bathroom work out of service. We could've stayed at several other locations, but we wanted an indoor pool. I feel that we were mislead and not advised that all was down and not functioning for our stay.

Going to Savannah stay at Country Inn Suites!

Very nice accommodations the room was clean and comfortable! We stayed for 3 days and the bed was made and new towels. The front desk staff very friendly and enjoyed talking to Sai! Breakfast was great and coffee available all the time!

Vending machines and hot tub all marked out of order. Changed $50 per night per pet as a separate Fee. Not easy to find that info when booking a room. Other Country Inns we stay at are $25 Fee. Pet fee is too high. Will avoid this Country Inn for that reason.

Called before booking to confirm there was a hot tub and a pool. We had been traveling for 2 days and I wanted an area for my kids to stretch out in. They said they had both and was working. We got to the hotel there was a sign on the pool area that it was closed. We checked again in a couple hours and the sign was down and the room was lit up. We go to take the kids swimming and the pool was freezing, so we opted for the hot tub. To our disappointment the hot tub was colder than the pool itself. What a wasted room! It was also dirty. The pool area had leaves all around it, and it’s an indoor pool with no outside access so I’m not even sure how that happened. Very disappointing.
