Room was good. The bed not so good. It felt like I was sleeping in a crater. Bad Mattress. The bathroom had a leak somewhere. There was water on the floor. If it wasn’t so late we would have changed rooms. We threw a towel on the floor since it was just an overnight stay. People were friendly.

The room appeared clean, but several dead bugs and a live one proved otherwise. The room was advertised as having “blackout drapes,” but they’re useless if the don’t reach the top or bottom of the window area and lighting for the outside of the building is right outside the window! The walls are so thin I couldn’t not hear talking, TV, and babies in the next room, and highway traffic from outside. The “included breakfast” consisted of coffee and a few bagels on display.

Enjoyed our 2 day stay. Room was great. Breakfast was very basic. Only one problem. The laundry area. One dyer and washer. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come and get their laundry out of the dryer. Asked front desk if it could be removed and placed on table. Was not aloud. A SIGN needs to be placed up. If laindry left or holding up others, management has the right to remove.

The employee at the front desk was very nice when I checked in and when I checked out. It was the same lady both times. Those were the only two times that I had an interaction with an employee there. Everything was alright. It was very outdated and was not the cleanest place. I did see one bug when I arrived in the bathroom. I took care of that bug and did not report it. Basically I did not want to spend much money and for the value that I paid I do not really have any complaints other than I was not the cleanest or most up to date.

We must have had transient guests in the room next to us who are up till 2:45 in the morning and it sounded like they were slamming doors slamming cabinets at one point it sounded like they were removing flooring and removing the toilet from the bathroom. They were loud and disruptive and a lot of banging. I called the front desk for different locations about the noise and the phone rang four to five times and then just stopped ringing each time. Upon discussing this with the front office in the morning they told me I should have called I told them I did and they just said we're sorry.

I wanted a place to stay near Kings Island as I was meeting friends there. Upon check in, the desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but fine for 1 or 2 people. It was clean, and the bathroom was clean too. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, the AC unit was relatively quiet. Everything around the property seemed well maintained. There were many restaurant options around and it was a 5 minute drive to the park, just across the expressway. Price was very reasonable. I would stay here again.

Overall, it was a good stay. The bed was clean and comfortable. I didn't feel at all uncomfortable in it. The bathroom, however, was a different story. The back of the toilet, behind the seat, was despicable. It hadn't been cleaned in forever. There was all kinds of hair throughout the bathroom. I didn't feel comfortable in there. The staff was very nice.

The stay was alright for what my mom and i needed granted the next day the my mom was trying to get breakfast and this one dude was being rude and not moving so my mom can get breakfast so we checked out and went ti dunkin doughnuts

Check in and check out took more time than seemed necessary. The other guests were so loud that the police were called at 4am. Once the police left they were still really loud. I sent a message to the staff around 430am and nothing was done. We were finally so angry by 530am we just left.
