Great place to stay when coming from cruise ship to airport! They safely locked up our luggage till we could check in. Karyl at the front desk was very efficient despite being swamped. Location was close to restaurants- went to a pub close by and had a great meal and enjoyed the energy!

Came here because it claimedto have shuttle from airpot and cruise terminals. It did have hotel shuttle from airport but you had to hire 3d party shuttle on your own. Another $45.00 for 2 people.

There was no in room dafe which is our fault as we should have paid better attention. The front desk thought there were safes but no.So rather than have to hide our valuables we chose not to have service. A lady who was not a guest got inside the hotel and stole food from the breakfast and towels off the cart and we discovered she has a key to the maintenence room from one of the hotel staff as we saw her swipe a key when we were sitting by the pool. I mentioned it to the fro t desk and he said no big deal.
