I booked and paid for a single queen when I got there I was put in a double twin. I asked for a price reduction for the inconvenience and was told it’s the last room take it or leave it. I’m not sure who was at fault the booking app or the hotel. Either way it’s false advertising. It was very inconvenient and uncomfortable to say the least.

The worst stay I have ever had. At 1:45 am the person next door decided to yell and that went in until well after 3. I call the front desk and they didn’t do anything. I would never stay here again and recommend you reconsider staying here.

Our TV did not work. The phone to call the front desk did not work, so I walked down to tell them the TV was broken. She just said nobody could help. I asked for a discount on my room and she said I'd have to talk to a Manager in the morning. I was in a hurry to leave in the morning and did not see anyone at the front desk when I left the next morning. The room smelled like fish and only got better by leaving the fan on constant. I don't think the ice cooler had ever been cleaned. There was a disgusting yellow sludge on it.

Yes, they welcomed pets, but we did not come with a pet! Walking into the room, the stench was over powering! I immediately turned the fan on to get the air moving. That helped somewhat. The floors were so filthy that our feet turned black walking around the room. The next morning going for breakfast there was only a couple bananas, dry cereal, dry bagels, no coffee and a half gallon of milk sitting on the counter and a few other items.... We walked to the nearby McDonalds! On our second day there the shower drain backed up filling the bottom of the tub with sewage!!!! I could go on, but I won't! Hotels has made a bad choice promoting them.
