It was our first time staying at Home2Suites. The room was really nice. The beds were really comfy and the front staff was friendly and helpful. We had the pool all to ourselves and it was amazing for the kids to be able to play without interrupting anyone and their peace. The hotel is really close to my house so we will definitely be back to enjoy small get aways from home here and there.

Home2 Suites is my "go to" place when I am in Martinsburg. My only complaint is the lack of receiving a receipt. Due to using Hotels.com, the hotel could not give me a receipt and Hotels.com would not give me a printable receipt. Because of this I cannot be reimbursed. This does not make me a happy customer.

The room was very clean, the pool area was so nice and warm. Excellent breakfast. All of the staff was so friendly and lovely to interact with. Our only real problem was that we couldn't get the heat to turn off overnight. Two different people tried to help me at 5 AM when it got to 80 degrees in the room. The manager went above and beyond to make it right, so I highly recommend this hotel.
