On arrival the apartment was difficult to locate. The address was 67 Chiltern Street with entrance on Paddington Street beside The Temple of Coffee. Such an establishment doesn’t exist!
We arrived in darkness and it took a while to find it. Steep stairs led up to the apartment so it’s unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues and difficult to manoeuvre suitcases.
Furnishings were adequate and kitchen and bathroom appeared to have been recently refurbished. Unfortunately the Property Manual was completely out of date. It referred to previous oven and washer/dryer and the towel rail in the bathroom was unable to be used. There were only 2 forks, one dinner, one a dessert fork; no hand towels; no tea towel. A fish slice and oven gloves would have been useful. Wall lights in the lounge were not working and the Venetian blind was broken. The location is excellent with a variety of shops and eateries close by.

Check in at 4pm is too steep if check out is by 10am.
Bathroom shower had a broken head. Hot water was very limited.
Smell of used mops in the flat.
