The room was clean, parking is a bit of a challenge. The staff was nice and accommodated an earlier check in. They had good size heated outdoor pool. There's 2 restaurants in the premises but they were just ok. There are other restaurants within walking distant. One thing that concerned me was the water smell which I thought was a bit fishy.

To update my past reviews, The Red Lion Inn continues to be our “go to” when in Victoria, BC. It is a great hotel…. attractive decor, excellent Chinese restaurant, close to Uptown Centre, 7 minutes from downtown by car, comfortable rooms with kitchenettes, very comfy — what’s not to like!
