This was a wonderful intimate place to stay well appointed with care. We would recommend it to anyone. Having small children would be a different experience however. In the morning, the breakfast area had a live fire going an excellent food and the staff was very personal.

Wonderful little motel

We loved this place; the staff, location, cleanliness , ambiance; everything was wonderful. It has such a warm authentic New Mexician feel and we could walk everywhere. Travelling by train, without a vehicle this was the perfect location and was priced very reasonably. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in much earlier than indicated in the motel information. Josh at the front desk was super helpful and couldn’t have been kinder. Definitely this is the place to stay if ever in Santa Fe.

Fun Getaway Weekend

Took a weekend trip fo Santa Fe for my husband’s birthday and the Santa Fe Motel and Inn was great. While not right in the historic part of town, its location near thy newly redeveloped Railyard district and a reasonable walk to Water street. The room was well appointed including a kitchenette. Having an electric car charing station was a bonus.

Beautiful and friendly property

First time to stay-the property is beautifully cared for and has the Old Santa Fe charm that I just love. In my room with kitchenette every detail was thought of-it’s so impressive that someone has thought of so many details that make you feel truly at home. My room was closest to the street and the noise from the traffic was unfortunate-it went through my headset, making me wish I’d brought a sound machine or super noise canceling headset-next time I will inquire about going further back on the property away from the street. There will be a next time for sure-a great value in a super location, feels very safe and the staff is lovely.

It is an older property but maintained very well and nicely decorated with Santa Fe style. I adored the attention to detail from the dried pepper on the towel rack, the rubber ducky in the shower, to the yoga and stretch/roller equipment in the room. We felt very welcomed and comfortable.

The staff was great and the room was very clean. The amenities in the room like the water jug and cups were helpful. The breakfast was lacking. It was more like breakfast snacks. The bed was also a bit on the firmer side. However, it was very clean and had a lot of nice personal touches. The location was also fantastic.

Absolutely charming hotel in a great location! Loved that we could walk to so many restaurants and attractions and not have to deal with parking. The room was clean, comfortable and every need we might have was anticipated, including snacks, an umbrella, and toys for those traveling with little ones. It also had a lovely outdoor seating area. Definitely our favorite hotel of the entire NM trip!
