The property is infested with roaches and I noticed that at check in. I let the receptionist know, who by the way was asleep and barefoot with roaches crawling on the walls above him, that I would be requesting a refund if there were any roaches in the room. I recorded the conversation and still have to jump through hoops about a refund. My family had to find other lodging after traveling for hours. I lost money which has yet to be refunded .

Property was terrible with dirty linens pillows blood trained sheets we did not stay walked out let them know how bad it was and the guy who was checking our complaints peeped is pants right in front of us. Also mold in the window an other places discussed why would you book anyone in this dirt filled property

Rooms were NOT clean. left with bites all over arms and legs. Probably bed bug infested. There’s mold and dirt everywhere. Sheets are stained. Appliances barely worked. Wish I had a way to get money back but no one answered the customer service line to even help. I wish I could leave no stars it was THAAAAAT bad.

First room had bed bugs, after getting ahold of the front desk the man argued with me that there wasn't bed bugs. Once he sent someone to the room, they saw the blood from previous bugs and the blood from the one my dad killed. They took a picture and finally switched them to a different room. Second room smelt better and was cleaner except the bathroom. Overall I would not recommend anyone staying here at all, spend the extra money and be comfortable and in a clean space.

Staff was asleep upon trying to check in had to come back the next morning to be able to check in once arrived in room it was filthy from hair in the restroom to the shower not working to the chicken bones under the bed all the way around it was dirty.Next I attempted to extend my stay due to it's the only motel close to New Waverly and was told I would have to pay $99 early check in fee Good thing upon departure the front next guy did apologize with kindness

We tried to check in and were given the key to a dirty room. There was sand and dirt on the duvet cover and the blankets were haphazardly folded down. There was some sort of bandage or trash on the bed. The mirror had spit on it that I could see from the entry doorway. We requested another room and were given a key to an equally unkempt room. We decided that staying here would be hazardous to our health and decided to leave. We were on the premises for approximately 20 minutes. We asked for a refund and the manager refused. I will never stay at a Red Roof hotel ever again.
