The Park Lake Motel isn’t fancy, but it’s clean and comfortable. They don’t provide breakfast or a lot of extras, so they can keep their prices low. It meets our needs.

Comfortable, old-fashioned motel (I was having nostalgia for road trips with my parents in the 60s and 70s) in great condition in a beautiful little town. I was traveling on business in Geneseo (about 20 minutes up the road), but was glad I stayed here in Perry. If you like vintage motor-hotels, you will love the Park Lake Motel!

The motel was very clean; one of the cleanest motels or hotels we have stayed at. The town of Perry offers good restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Letchworth State Park is a beautiful, breathtaking place to visit.

Nice proximity to the NP

We stayed here as it's close to the National Park. The check in is a little weird since there's no office that is manned, but the owner/manager was very responsive to calls/texts. The room is a bit outdated, but clean and comfortable.
