Room was clean and stylish. Beds were comfortable. Very low water pressure in shower. My main complaint is that I was given two key cards and a room number. Neither key worked, so I had to return to the front desk, where I learned that the check-in person had sent me to the wrong room. No apology. Later made a call to ask whether they had any class or ceramic drinking vessels (i.e., coffee cups, wine glasses, etc.) in the lounge area, and first was put on hold while the person checked with someone else, then told no, only paper was available. Staff just seems inexperienced and not well versed in providing quality customer service. Certainly no "above and beyond" here. Stay was fine for what we needed, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Next time, I'll stay at Aloft instead.
