You can catch a shuttle at the hotel to go to the Mayo Clinic’s and St. Marys, which is quite convenient. We have met so many friendly people here from all around the country. Check-in was at 3:00. We arrived at 4:10 and had to wait for our room to be available. We had two vehicles with us and were not informed until check-in that the second vehicle would have to be left at an off-site location five blocks away. The worst part was that the hotel room walls were paper thin. We could hear the actual conversation of the people in the room next to us, and they were not being loud. I’ll spare you the details of the bathroom noises we heard. So unless you want to whisper to have a private conversation, plan to arrive well after check-in time, and only have one vehicle, don’t stay here. Everything else about it was great, which is what makes this experience so frustrating.
