La habitacion esta bien, lo que falla es la calefaccion (capada a 25 grados, y en berlin en noviembre hace mucho frio. Al llegar tenia las ventanas abiertas y hemos tebidi durante los 3 dias seguidos la calefaccion puesta de forma casi ininterrumpida y aun asi seguía haciendo un poco de frio. Y luego la atencion, resulta que no hacen lahabitacion ni cambian las toallas ni nada si no lo solicitas en un QR, y el chico de recepcion no me lo dijo hasta que pregunte el ultimo dia. Me lo dijo el viernes por la tarde segun saliamos del hotel, y cuando volvimos a la habitacion ya era tarde (2am) , y no me dejaba solocitarlo para el sabado, aso que hemos estado toda la estancia sin toallas y sin que nos hicieran la habitación

Top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Ich möchte hier eine grosse Lanze für das Hotel brechen. Unser Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war im neunten Stock, hatte keinen Schimmel, man hat auch die Bahn und andere Bewohner nicht wirklich gehört. Unser Zimmer (erreichbar mit einem Zahlencode) war super sauber, die Betten mega bequem und wir hatten direkte Sicht auf den Fernsehturm. Das Reinigungspersonal verdient von uns an dieser Stelle ein grosses Dankeschön für Ihren Job, welchen sie tagtäglich machen. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen deshalb hier nicht unterzeichnen. Wir waren vor 15 Uhr dort und durften unser Gepäck lagern bis wir dann am Abend eincheckten. Kostenlos. Was ich auch sagen kann; Die Lage ist Top. Es ist gleich neben dem Einkaufszentrum Alexa, wo ein Edeka drin ist und Zara, H&M und all die anderen grossen Ketten inkl. Fitnesszenter, Frisör und Bowlingbahn. Nebem dem Alexa zirka zwei Minuten vom Hotel hat es ein süsses Kaffee (Grandaire), welches ab acht Uhr Bagels (6.50€), Müesli (4.5€)und wirlich super leckeren Kaffee (so um 3$) serviert. Es ist immer sehr gut besucht, was die Qualität unterstreicht. Das Hotel liegt zirka fünf Minuten Gehdistanz vom Alexplatz entfernt, mit all den tollen Ausgeh-Essensmöglichkeiten (TK Maxx, DM, Kamps, Curry 61, Primemarkt, Kaufland, C&A, Five Guys, Starbucks, Footlookers, Tschibo, Interio und ein grosses Kino, wo man dienstags immer für 50% hin gehen kann). Nur eine Haltestelle mit der S-Bahn entfernt liegt das Dungeon und direkt beim Alex das Ikono.

Hotel bom. De fato o barulho do trem incomoda se abrir as janelas, como fui no inverno, mantive fechada e não tive problemas. Acho que no verão seria um problema pois o ar condicionado só funciona como aquecedor. De resto, não há o que reclamar.
