Noisy hostel, not comfortable for solo travellers.

Would not stay here again, the location was great but that’s the only positive. The hostel doesn’t have lockers unless you pay for them and these are located downstairs not in the rooms. The bottom bunk is basically on the floor and the bar downstairs has extremely loud music playing until late. The music literally vibrates the bed so even with noise cancelling earphones in I was still kept awake all night. The staff were not very polite or helpful. I got up to go to the toilet in the morning and there were two men in the women’s toilets showering, shouting and laughing with each other which made me extremely uncomfortable. I did not feel safe as a solo female traveller and would not recommend to others either.

Super emplacement. Avons séjourné à deux pendant 3 jours en chambre individuelle. Tout parfait. Seul bémol : pas de tapis de bain mais c'est vraiment pas grave. Etablissement moderne et plutôt branché jeunes mais les plutôt vieux que nous sommes n'étions pas perdus😉. Je recommande d'autant que l'emplacement est idéal à proximité de la station Gallia de tramway

J’ai passée une nuit . Accueil souriant qui nous met dans une bonne dynamique. Propre . Petit bémol un début de nuit très difficile du à la fête avec musique forte qui ne passer pas inaperçu. Ce jour est peut être la faute à pas de chance maïs sinon très correct.

Compte rendu de 4 jours et 3 nuits

Lorsque je suis arrivée, il n’y avait personne à l’accueil. J’ai dû attendre un petit peu et le personnel était un peu. Je suis restée 4 jours j’ai pu m’apercevoir que c’était en fonction des personnes qui travaillaient. Certaines ont le sourire et d’autres absolument pas. Sinon, j’ai trouvé dommage que l’on ne puisse pas emmener sa nourriture. Il n’y a pas de cuisine, mais lorsqu’on est végétalien, il n’y a pas de plat au restaurant pour nous. Les consignes à bagages sont chères et c’est dommage de ne pas trouver de casier dans les chambres que l’on pourrait fermer avec un cadenas, comme à Paris. Sinon l’endroit est super bien placé et j’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour dans l’ensemble.

A hidden gem in the middle of the pricey city

it was definitely a nice affordable centrally located place for a short stay walking distance to the Cathedral and all things in the center. Typical hostel experience with great vibe and cleanliness. Younger crowd with a nice bar in the lobby with shows/events on occasion. Definitely will return here for the price and location and festive atmosphere. loved it. thank you for your great customer service.

Hostel was in a good location, walkable to all the sights in Strasbourg. Staff at reception could have been more welcoming and when we check in, only one person was working and seemed overwhelmed which impacted our first impressions. I was doubting my booking as the first evening they had a DJ blasting music in the restaurant and realised it probably wasn't suitable for a family stay with two young children. Room was large with no kettle or hairdryer. The stay included towels but no daily service which left bins and beds un made. The top bunk bed didn't have lights workings and the TV is only chrome cast. There was a sewage smell from the bathroom which we had to keep flushing the toilet to get rid of the smell. The breakfast was croissants, pain a chocolate, orange juice, filtered coffee, teas, cheese ..a small selection which wasn't refilled fast enough when times got busy. Would I stay here again .. only if I was on a budget.

Je ne reviendrai pas

C’est sûrement très bien quand on partage la chambre avec des gens respectueux et avec une bonne hygiène. Le matelas est très fin, attention au mal de dos. À mon arrivée la chambre était très sale, j’ai eu droit a la petite culotte avec la serviette hygiénique encore présente sur le sol de la salle de bains, les toilettes sales. 2 personnes ont parlé et rigolé jusqu’à minuit, une autre s’est séché les cheveux à 2h du matin. Si vous voulez passer une nuit paisible ce n’est pas le bon endroit.
