I can’t rate this place high enough. 1. It’s been the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in NZ (I’m a bit of a clean freak) and not even expensive fancy hotels ever make it to my standards, this place was spotless. 2. We stayed there because we had a family member in the hospital and didn’t know how long they would need to stay there. Staff was SO accommodating with giving us extra time and support for refunding and/rebooking. 3. Staff was so supportive, helpful and kind. It made a HUGE difference during the hard time our family was having.

I found this to be an excellent experience. My wife had been admitted to Wellington hospital which was just across the road. It was a perfect location for regular visits.
