Great location!

The location was great and within walking distance of the beach. There were a few weird things about the room. The sink for the bathroom was around the corner from the bathroom. There was a balcony, but the glass door was nailed shut. Service was great. Breakfast was amazing and had a great view.

Old and noisy - staff doing their best

Positives: people working at the hotel are doing a great job. Beds are ok. Bathroom are ok. Shower ok Breakfast ok Not so positive: the rooms are noisy, I mean it feels like you have a truck at full gas in your room. Even without the AC on, with the AC on it feels like an airplane at full speed in your room. If someone flushes the toilet on your floor, it sounds like bathroom walls are coming down. It is an old building, everything is old even if you can see that they really try to maintain the standard. To be honest I chose this hotel because of the reviews. But the reviews are super misleading. Next time, I will stay away from downtown area and go for a newer building.

Best western great.

Check in was a breeze and front desk was nice. Breakfast was impressive and good quality. Rooms were clean and mattress was comfy. Common areas were nice. The only disappointment was the bartender. Her approach of asking ppl if they needed something vs greeting someone and asking what she can get them is a better approach. Bartender complained about her being the only one working as she expressed her feeling overwhelmed. I did not feel welcomed at the bar and I felt extremely inconvenienced to be there. Breakfast attendants were very very nice. Pizza place staff were very nice.

This hotel is perfect for a family getaway! The view from the 11th floor is amazing, and the pool is super clean. We loved the comfy beds, the convenient location near Corpus Christi attractions, and the bonus of a free breakfast. The adults-only lounge on the 11th floor was a nice perk too!

I slept good.

Front desk was friendly and helpful when we checked in. Hotel could use a few updates here and there, like no carpets in the rooms, but it wasn’t too bad. Views were nice, but you couldn’t open balcony door. Air conditioner went out right before midnight, we called down and front desk clerk quickly switched us rooms. My stay was due to an early medical procedure so i didn’t get to enjoy breakfast or pool. I would stay again.
