住了八天，位置方便，酒店附近很多質素不錯的餐廳，離博物館近，走去墨爾本大學、維多利亞市場、市中心也不遠。附近晚上熱鬧，安全，酒店安靜，。我住的一房套間廚房設施齊，房裏就有洗衣機烘乾機，好用。就是大門有點緊，每次開關都要用力，有時回來，可能清潔人員清潔過了，門沒關緊都不知道，不過酒店人員服務都挺好。如果兩人沙發再清理的更乾淨一點就完美了。

Great location. The room needs attention. The water pressure is poor in the shower. There is a split system in the bedroom that does not work. But the kitchen area unit works well. Hint. Reception closes at 18:00. You need a lockbox and instructions after then.

Disappointed with my stay here. First the WiFi was not working across much of the building (including my room), which I was not notified of until I raised the concern. Then the room itself was not very clean, with many hairs and stains in the bath, dirty mugs and cutlery I had to scrub before use, and rubbish left from the previous guest on the shelf. Once I had cleaned the bath, even the tap handle fell off in my hand when I tried to use it. The bed was comfy however.

The location is OK. The place needs a good clean. There was dust on the top of powerpoints and any less-used surfaces. There was a very unpleasant smell from the sink in the kitchen. When I arrived all windows were open and there were flies in my room. Carpets throughout are shabby and dirty. When unattended, the reception area looks like a prison.

Comfortable beds but terrible pillows. Sheets smelt like they had been left to dry in the washing machine. Great hot water. Carpet needs replacing but room quite comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Would certainly stay there again

Overall, the hotel room is good value. The staff were pleasant. Unfortunately the front desk was often unattended so they had a phone number you had to call and then someone comes back down at some point.

Wait in the lobby for 20 mins and no one picked up the phone and both numbers? The person final came but worked past 5 people waiting and I had to ask if he was going to serve us? He then took rubbish out and came back? Serve us without washing and was not engaged at all. Room was ok but shower was still dirty and room ove all was outdated and the curtains were to small to close? Disappointed
