We received a warm welcome from the exceptional team at the hotel who helped us with our luggage and offered a glass of peach juice whilst Anel told us about Mostar. The hotel is tucked away and a bit quirky but it’s clean, modern and in a perfect location for the city centre. The room was spacious and well appointed. Altogether a great stay - would heartily recommend!

Hotel maravilhoso, histórico, bem no centro histórico, a poucos passos da ponte famosa, com vista para um pequeno riacho com construção centenária. O diferencial do hotel é o tratamento dados as hóspedes, todos os funcionários te atendem com sorriso e são super solícitos para atender qualquer questão. Quartos com cama confortável, edredom e travesseiros ótimos. Banheiro com amenites. Café da manhã não estava incluso , mas foi uma grata surpresa. Excelente buffet . O único detalhe importante: escadas!. Os funcionários levam as malas, porém vc precisa subir vários degraus. O hotel tem 4 saídas, 2 delas saem direto no bazar ( mercado de rua que leva até a ponte famosa). Voltaria com certeza.

Room condition was average and cleanliness of the room is bellow the average. Breakfast price-quality ratio is average. Hotel location of course is good because it's located in the old town. If you are in the Mostar for the Holiday then this Hotel is OK, but if you are there for business then it's better to choose Hotel outside of the old town.

Pessoal muito simpático, acolhedor e muito gentil. Lugar muito bonito com um rio lindo que passa pelo hotel e pela janela dos quartos. Quarto grande, confortável e rústico. Tudo funciona muito bem.

The location is excellent, right near the center of the old town. The service was better than most of the five-star hotels I've stayed in, many people always offering to give assistance and advice. The bed was not very comfortable. It seems like they were too single Mattresses pushed together since they had kind of a hard part right in the middle. The heating was a little strange. If you close the curtains it covers the heater and so the heater will only heat what is between the curtain and the window. The shower was open to the room so the water splashes out into the bathroom. Overall it is a four star hotel with better than five star staff.

We were so happy to have seen other reviews that led us to this beautiful hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful and over the top kind. The location is gorgeous. You walk down stairs to get to it as it is situated right by a river. We ate a delicious traditional dinner (highly recommended) that they asked us about our interest in when we checked in as they had to start preparing an hour before our dinner reservation. We were able to sit on a patio overlooking the river and an old bridge. They had romantic string lights set up and it was such an incredible evening. We were happy with the location as it was literally right outside the street bazaar that was fun to shop at after dinner and the next day. It is close to the famous Mostar bridge as well and in such a charming location. The only thing we would recommend is asking for a shower mat as the shower floor was very slippery. I am not sure if they have that but it would be worth checking. We only stayed here one night but loved our experience so much that I wanted to be sure to repay the favor and recommend this to others. As a side note, we went in late October so we know it was less crowded in Mostar than other times of the year but we loved it. We also recommend the restaurant Tima-Irma that is on a street near by. We ate lunch there. Their traditional meal for 2 was amazing and only 25 Euros and huge.

The best in this hotel is the staff. I never saw a staff so helpful, polite and efficient. Hotel is very nice, close to the bridge. Very good breakfast and dinner. I recommend strongly this hotel
