Checked into a room, it was very run down. The toilet wouldn't flush, because the chain to the tank plunger was gone, and a shoelace was in place. But loose. Light had one light bulb in all 4 lamps. Then the bathroom flooded; from the person upstairs. Soaked one of my bags i had in there; ruined about $100 worth of toiletries and meds. Called the front desk 5 times; no answer. Go down to the front desk, stand there for 15 minutes before someone showed up. He comes to inspect, and just switched me rooms. Didnt offer me a refund also, no comped nights, nothing. So i had to go to the laundromat to wash and dry my bag that got wet. I sent a message through the app, requesting compensation for my ruined property, no response. 10/10 dont stay here. Unless you like staying in run down hotels, with terrible customer service

To be honest I expect a lot better from a quality inn. the condition of the room I was in it was bad. I seen a dead mouse outside and a live mouse trying to get into the building. The carpet needed to get cleaned inside and outside my room. The blanket seemed dirty as well. I found hair in the sink, so I’m assuming no one cleaned the room properly. The outlets wasn’t working so it was hard to charge my devices. I would never stay in this hotel again. To be frank I left and didn’t even sleep there. They really need to do a deep cleaning of the whole hotel. The front desk person was warm and nice but everything else wasn’t to my standard. Hotel.com needs to send their own people to look at the hotel.

There was a drug deal going on in the parking lot when we got there, I only know this because the guy proceeded to ask if we wanted to buy some. There was at least 3 homeless people sleeping under the over hang as you walked up to the front door. We did not feel safe at all!!

The roo. Was horrible. There were holes in the sheets, mold on the floor, dead bugs through-out the room, the beds were not comfortable at all, the the smell was very unpleasent. The towels in the bathroom were dirty, and the paint on the walls was coming off.

I had to switch rooms. First room had black mold and was extremely dirty. Second room didnt have clean towels, electrical outlets were loose, there was a hole in the wall with electrical wires exposed. Also second room was very dirty as was the entire hotel. I wouldn't have stayed if it would have earlier when i checked in. When attempting to get clean towels for room, i was told they had no more clean towels in the hotel. The entire hotel area looked nothing like the online photos. Not to mention the smell of cigarette smoke and drugs throughout the hotel.

The room I stayed in was not in very good shape. First off, there was a hole in the door to the bathroom and I stayed in a room that had black mold on the wall. The room, when you walk in, also smelled like cigarette smoke even though it is a non-smoking room. Several people also live at the hotel that smoke, which is evident by the smell in the main floor hallway.

Checked into room 406, it was disgusting. Linens were dirty, lamps were broken, and the tub had mold. I booked it thru hotels.com. I called Hotels.com to cancel or at least get a partial refund. Didn't get a refund. The rep called the front desk and they declined to cancel. I had to eat the cost. I ended up checking out as soon as I checked in. Gave the keys back and left. I ended up going to a different hotel and didnt use hotels com.

This hotel was horrendous. The whole building incuding the rooms smell like strong of cigarette smoke and the linens are full of stains. Theres homeless living in the parking lot. I ait the $100 cost of the room and immediately gave our key back and left. Would like my money back.

When you walk into the office it reeks of incense. They really overdid it. You can even smell incense down the hallway and in your room. The room was somewhat clean. There was some stains on the bed. Black spots which could have possibly been bed bug spots. The TV didn't work. The breakfast was okay. The Belgian waffles tasted better than the American inn by Wyndham on 97th and Dodge. The hot food included hard boiled eggs and cold sausage. The coffee was good it was Folgers. I will never stay there again just because of the smell. Other than that everything was okay. If I was to suggest this hotel I would suggest getting a room on the second or third floor
