There is no one there but they monitor you with cameras that just becomes weird. If you need real help cannot help. Corporate ownership goes 3 corporations deep and one still does not know who incorporated in MN. Thus, play off a small town family owned business which people want to support- but are not at all.

I am a regular guest at this property and when I checked in later than usual, the staff sent a text to see if I had any difficulties checking in. That's service. This is the only property in town, but Trail Inn doesn't act like it. They offer a good night's rest in a comfortable setting at a reasonable price.

Cold air conditioning was fantastic on such a hot day. The building is a little old, but well kept and it was a comfortable stay. Upon arriving you have to use a touch screen to check in. Your key gets released from a box on the wall! Pretty high tech, I thought! I was able to talk to a live person on video screen too. The first room, 102, that I was issued smelled strongly of men’s cologne, so the lady kindly gave me a diff room, with no problem, and that next room was fine. I’d definitely stay there again. Price was super reasonable at $81.

This was a quiet place. Very clean. Casey’s nearby if you want something for breakfast. We had to call the front desk for WiFi password and Michael was very courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
