The room was run down. The bathroom was full of mold. There was cracked tile. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and they only put 3 pillows in the room. There was also a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom.

The front desk lady was great. But the only time the office was open was 3 pm to 11 pm there was a drop box for the keys and a note on the door with an emergency number could get checked in till three on the dot if you needed something while the office was closed you were solo the desk clerk said the owner say they save money by not being available any way room was clean was aright for a one night stay

AC was ok. Water was hot with no pressure or cold with pressure. We asked for a late checkout (12 vs 11) they would not accommodate. Lady at front desk was super nice and helpful. No bugs. Bed was ok, pillows totally flat, but luckily we brought our own. It was ok for the money.

We’ve stayed several times but this will be our last. The beds were uncomfortable, the wash cloths had nasty brown stains on them, and worst of all there were bed bugs. No one was in the office when we left for me to complain to.

Location was great but that's where it ends. I have stayed at this hotel several times but after this last time I will not be returning. We got 2 rooms, 1 room smelled awful. Like dog and death. 2nd room didnt smell as bad but there was mold over the shower head and it looked like it was going to fall in. Went to the front desk and the girl just looked at me puzzled and said they had just cleaned it. I tried to explain again and got the same vacant expression so I walked away. Shortly after a guy comes up and looks and says he can spray bleach on it. He did, didn't change anything. We were not offered to move just a kind of well this is the best we're gonna do. I could have dealt with all of that, what I couldn't deal with was the bed bug I found in my bed after I had been bitten several times. Now I have to hope none of them came back with me so I don't have to deal with all that expense. This place used to be my go to, now I'll have to find somewhere new to stay.

The hotel needs many updates. The pool had tiles missing. The sheets were low quality and paper thin. They need to do some deep cleaning and dusting in the rooms. Only one ice machine for three levels. Room for lots of improvements. No one at the front desk on Sunday at 9am for check.

We really enjoyed staying with you!! Our daughter and her husband was part of the Ponies in the Smokies!!! You weren’t very far from that, so it worked out great!! The room was clean!! We stayed warm!! We needed a few towels and you were very accommodating!!!
