When we got there to check in it did have a bit of a line 4 couples in front of us. 5 total, when it got down to 3 left a manger came out to the desk and told 1 of the workers that they needed to clock out as they were staying too late, she said she was just helping out, and was told to go home the guests can wait. that was the start, that night a about 10 pm the fire alarm went off and then shut off about 2 seconds later. Called down to the front desk and was told it was a glitch in the system. With in 10 minutes it did it again, again called down to the front desk and was told they were working on it. Over the night the AC was shut off. Next morning at about 8 am alarm again and again about 10 minutes later. When in the lobby was told at the front desk that they had to shut off the AC due to 1 room had guest pulling he fire alarm and they were trying to get them to leave. The upsetting thing was they acted like it was no big deal, and was told if there was a REAL FIRE that they come knock on the door not to depend on the fire alarm. the attitude in that the manner the situation was handled and explained was not customer friendly. will NEVER STAY HERE OR RECOMMEDND IT TO ANYONE.
