我从来没遇到酒店在没有告知的情况下早上九点就开始清洁酒店外观，那时候我正在上厕所，突然有人从窗户吊威亚下来并且碰到窗户，吓死我了！

Over all the accommodation was amazing with perfect views of the falls the only complaint we had was in the room there was only one chair and in the morning or at night only one of us could sit at the window onto look at the views or the fireworks at night . We mentioned this to reception and they said it is a common complaint but will not be putting in a second chair ? The hotel was beautiful but if you want to see the views it would be nice to sit at the window to and not sit in the bed as you can’t see from there .

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, both spaces were quite small, with very limited counter space in the bathroom and room. There was no closet, just a small pole to hang clothes next to a small counter space above three drawers. In the bathroom, there was barely enough room to place our toiletries, which made it very inconvenient for 2 people. Unfortunately, the customer service in the lobby was disappointing. During our stay, the staff never greeted us when we walked in or out, it was very akward. At times there were multiple employees present and no other guests and we were not greeted by any of them, it was as if we were invisibe. Their lack of aknowledgement made us feel unwelcome, which was a letdown. We will not be staying here again.

Staff, what was there was excellent. The layout of the room and the modern design of the room was impressive. Lack of concierge or small gift shop took away from our stay. Breakfast at IHOP was a joke, food was not good and not worth eating, what little that was served. The people dumwaiter from the 29 to 30th floor was an inconvenience.

Dit hele stadje voelt een beetje als “vergane glorie”, en dit hotel is daar zeker geen uitzondering op. Om op mijn verdieping te komen moest ik 2 verschillende liften nemen, de 2e voelde niet bepaald prettig (heel oud). De observatory is een kille lege ruimte, ik had verwacht dat daar wel een barretje en misschien een wat stoelen zouden zijn.. De kamer was verder prima, en het personeel erg vriendelijk. Off site parkeren was erg goed geregeld!

Nice hotel but you’re paying for the view. We were on 29th floor and the room was very small however the view was perfect. Room was clean, service very good. Would not recommend if you don’t like heights or dislike elevators.
