I made a fully prepaid reservation through Hotels.com on March 26 for my stay from May 2 to May 8. However,after returning from my stay at this hotel, I discovered that the hotel charged my credit card again, resulting in a duplicate payment.
I contacted the hotel directly on May 15, and on May 16, I was told that my reservation was under review. Since then, there has been no update or follow-up. I also reported this issue to Hotels.com, and thay have been trying to contact the hotel, but there has been no response from the hotel's side.
This level of unresponsiveness and failure to resolve a clear billing error is extreamly disappoining and unacceptable. I sincerely hope this matter is addressed and resolved soon.
