The booking states a standard king bed (76Wx80L) but the mattresses were (72x80).
I know it’s only 4” but it makes a difference especially when that is what we sleep with at home.
Our room (while a great size and was clean) we didn’t know had a rip along the edge of the screen door to the balcony, which let in a ton of flies when we left it open. There were also ants along the slider door moving into the main living space/kitchen.
Upon check in, there was no information given to us about the amenities of the hotel (gym, pool, breakfast, main doors locking after a certain hour). Despite how busy and filled the hotel was, you could not hear anyone passing nor through the walls which made sleeping easy. AC worked very well. Kitchen accommodations were as pictured and kitchenware was clean. Fridges were equipped with ice makers, but the front desk was able to provide a bag the first night as we waited for ice to be made.
Morning front desk staff and housekeeping were kind, and helpful. Evening staff were not as kind nor welcoming.
Parking for this hotel was terribly expensive! $160 and I did not see security nor was there any attendant for the garage so the entry bar was just left up the entire time.
Last year we stayed at the Hyatt just across the street and it was a far better experience and better condition of property than what we experienced here and they had proper king size beds.
