The property is well kept but they could have made better design decisions during their recent renovation. Particularly in the bathrooms. They are very small but that wasn't my issue. The showers only have a half glass wall so water either gets all over the floor or you have to squeeze in the corner close to the shower head. It would have been much better to make it a sliding door or just hang shower curtains. Also there's no exhaust vent and you can't open the window so it gets super humid and moist. I would also point out that the big window that shows your entire room does not have the privacy sheers under the heavy curtain so you cant even open them otherwise people walking by can see clearly and directly into your room. Also of note, you can kind of see it in the photos but the beds are very close to the door. Overall its an ok hotel. Not sure I'd come back due to the bathroom, but maybe its better if you have a bigger suite. I had the two double beds with kitchenette. Or maybe I'd come back if all my other preferred choices were sold out. Its not like its undoable. Again, property is very clean and staff was very nice. I left my watch buy the pool and was able to recover it from the front desk several hours later when I realized I didn't have it. I didn't try the food so I can't comment on that.

Quite an enjoyable stay. The staff and facility are outstanding and while off 'front beach', I'd rather stay here and may book again down the road. Beach is accessible and the amenities here make it hard to head to the beach!

The room was clean, the pool was nice and warm and the staff were extremely friendly! The building has clearly been updated some. My only complaint would be that there is a gap under our door so I had to put a towel there to try to block any bugs/light from getting in. Overall our stay was really nice and the location was convenient. We'd stay again.

A equipe é toda bastante gentil. O hotel tem uma boa localização e o quarto é bem espaçoso, com microondas e mini geladeira. O banheiro é bom e as toalhas eram maravilhosas: novas, macias… talvez uma das de melhor qualidade que já experimentamos (mesmo em hoteis de categoria superior). Tem estacionamento gratuito e achei bastante seguro. O único senão é que o quarto (bem novo e amplo) tinha um cheiro de “carpete”. E isto foi um pouquinho incômodo. Mas ficaria novamente algumas noites. Ficamos 2 noites antes do nosso cruzeiro.

Yes the rooms were neglected. Are kitchenette head an ant infestation. It took them three days to get to our complaint before they decided they would move us to another room. Then they put us in a room without a kitchen When you're ready for spring break, emphasis on the break

Friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable bed and soft bedding and towels, spacious room. Love the free shuttle to drop us off at local locations. Didn't love our room location, it was tucked back in a corner and secluded, maybe because we were traveling with our dog... but our view was of asphalt and the side of a building, not like the photo shown in the ad. Also our setup was awkward, with the sofa under the mounted tv, so we had to turn it around and move it across the room. Overall a decent hotel for the price.

Der stod at der ville være delvis havudsigt, men det var overhovedet ikke muligt at se havet fra værelset. Der stod at der var gratis cykler, men det viste sig at de kun var gratis i 1 time, hvilket burde fremgå. Der var meget larm på hotellet. Kun 1 pool var opvarmet ( hvilket var dejligt, men hvor ikke skrive det i beskrivelsen at det kun er 1 og ikke de 4 som der reklameres med). Gulvet på værelset var mega skævt så man følte man sejlede rundt. Baren var ubemandet en stor del af tiden.

First of all, the staff was exceptionally friendly and very professional. The location of the hotel is great. Right near the beach. Lots of fun things to do, like rent e-bikes and take the shuttle to the beach. The room itself was very spacious and had a great view. Beds and pillows were quite comfy. Bathroom was not updated and could use a facelift. I was overall happy with my stay, however the little things start to add up and take away from the experience. The pools are not heated and they were freezing. Their text concierge replied to my text 5 hours later. There was no hand soap in the dispenser in my bathroom. The most bizarre thing was I went downstairs to the restaurant in the morning to order breakfast. Order as taken and I went to sit at a table to wait for my food. Its going on 15min, no food....20...25...30min. The table next to me just received their food. Another 10min go by, now going on 40min with no food and the chef comes out and apologizes and says hes having an issue and needs to leave. Then the waitress comes out and apologizes that "the grill is not working and we arent able to cook anything". I said so how did that table get their food and is the grill really not working or did your chef leave? She just looked at me blankly. Very weird.
