極不對辨

三人房大差！雙人房可以、三人房完全冇28 平方米、張大床大凹陷！中間D彈弓斷曬！形成v字都比人瞓！三人衣槓得1呎半！床頭槓1小個！小四方櫈仔一張！同睇相片兩回事！水龍頭穿個大窿！會漏水！開水重仲冧咗！啲毛巾見到都唔敢用冇沖涼液只有包裝冼頭水！酒店話唔畀吸煙日日好大臭煙味！年税成千蚊晚完全唔值

洗面盆得兩隻手板咁大點洗面盆得手掌咁大呀！刷牙漱口點吐水呀！三人房啲毛巾架都係得嗰三隻手掌長度！點掛3條毛巾呀！

呢D 裝修嚇死人張梳妝檯細到連位都冇！打開窗簾見到隔離窗呃個手都得！佢望到我梳妝檯塊鏡！倒映埋成個廳！咁點開窗簾呀

Nice location Budget HTL

Good location near Paddington Stn, just 2 mins walk, hotel and rm have been refurbished. One thing I would like to mention is we booked for a DBL room, however, reception gave us a twins bed rm.

Not too bad

Room service is good. The room is too small. Private washroom and bathroom is good. Very close to underground. The restaurants nearby are not very. The lift usually shut down. Too many steps to found our room. It like a maze. If there is fire in the hotel. No one can get out of there.

No air-conditioning in the room and only provided a fan. The room was dirty and no vacuuming the floor. I found a cockroach was moving on the carpet. The room is not enough cup for the customer. Store luggage needs to pay £1 for each.

还能有比这家更差的酒店吗？

非常糟糕的体验！！！电梯故障（明显已经坏了很长时间）却没有告知，并且安排4层的客房。房间没设施陈旧并多有损毁。几乎没有任何隔音。不知是被子还是床上可能有虫，痒了半夜都无法入睡，最后只能穿上整套外衣才能睡觉。这家酒店是我住过的这么多家酒店当中唯一一家退房后，强制收取寄存行李费用的！！！奇葩的难以形容！！！

The receptionists were not help, they were not willing to help. The room is dirty and the windows are too old to be closed. The lift is very old and dangerous.

Bad service attitude! when I told the clerk no TV Remote Controller in the room. He said you can press buttons on the TV. Even he agreed to send a controller to room, in the end he didn't. Horrible lift, looks dangerous. Sound insulation in the third floor is terrible, you can hear people laughing and the movement of the lift. WIFI and Breakfast charged, not free.

This hotel was perfect for my trip to London. I thought the hotel was nicer from the photos than it turned out to be. But the bed was comfortable & I slept great and I was mainly on there to sleep, shower & clean up. However, I am glad I had my shower shoes bc the floor was really dirty. The toilet deserves special mention. The toilet is square but had a rounded seat that extends beyond the porcelain. This has the effect that when sitting on the toilet my junk has no where to rest except the porcelain. Not ideal. So following each toilet visit, a shower was also necessary from touching the toilet. Fortunately the shower was good. I took photos to add to the review but the app doesn't support uploading despite a section to do just that. Manage your expectations and plan accordingly and this place will serve your goal. I would stay here again for it's proximity to Paddington station & Hyde Park, both make it easy to navigate on foot or tube.

The room was dirty, I used the shower so turned on the fan, that was covered in dust, this all fell in the sink. The chair was worn and falling apart. Good location, disappointing stay for the cost
