The hotel needs to be updated but the pool was perfect for young kids. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very kind and seemed to like being there.

We had a comfortable stay. Very clean room and the air conditioner worked great. Swimming pool is catered toward children so my son was happy. Big area around the pool for parents to hang out. The hot tub was a bonus for me.

Our stay was overall very pleasing and extremely welcoming! The full staff was very friendly and welcoming and aiming to make our stay the best they can make it. Aside of the use of one elevator because the other one was being worked on, our family enjoyed our stay and will book again. Highly reccomemded for all parties to stay and relax or come check out their indoor pool water slides and splash zone or the hot jacuzzi. Thank you all for everything, keep up the great work, till next time, take care!

Pool was too noisy, the working elevator could have used some maintenance considering the other elevator was down, and the bathtub drained even when set to “plug”. But the staff were sweet, the room was spacious, and I loved the real food served during breakfast that was a standout against other hotels’ “continental” breakfast.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially the staff member preparing breakfast each morning. The pool area was small only because there wer3 so many guests and it could have been slightly cleaner. The room was perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower. Check in and out was very easy and they provided a receipt. I can't stress how friendly the staff was though. Know that there is no room service unless you ask for it. Otherwise trash and linens are to be left out in the hall for pick up. There are gas stations and restaurants close.

Rooms were okay, nothing super clean. Lobby smelled like they were trying to cover some other smell. All the staff was nice. Breakfast had a nice selection and well maintained. Pool area was okay, main pool only 3 foot deep and a bit chilly. Floors in pool area were dirty. Kids seemed to enjoy the slides.
