Beautiful property and close to all the places we wanted to visit. Spacious and well equipped and everything worked very well. Very clean and comfortable beds. Host was great. Stayed on the phone to make sure we were in the room. Plenty of windows so it has great light but also has blackout curtains. I have already recommended it to several people.

This is a clear example of how it takes both a good hard product and soft product to make a stay good. On the surface, the apartment is clean and recently renovated too it seems like. No complaints there. However every single night i had to write multiple messages to the property manager to ask the heating to be turned up. It was 6 7 outside and less than 18 inside the house. The manager would try and get the owner who remotely controlled the temperature to raise the heat. It would be turned on at 10pm and switched off at 7am or so, because why would anyone want to sleep in a bit later on their holiday. This applied to heaters in the bedroom as well as the living room. Then there was an euro 20 kettle that im assuming some previous guest dumbly boiled milk and burnt the bottom. A 20 euro kettle...was it replaced? No. For 3 days i had burnt tasting water for tea and coffee because they couldnt care to change it. Then there are the multiple dont touch stickers scattered across the room. Not a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was forgivable except the stinginess with the heater in the middle of winter. Go in but expect to fight every night for warmth.

Fabulous location, pretty good flat!

This is a nice flat in a wonderful area. The street it’s on is vibrant and lively with some very good restaurants. We had a wonderful meal at Antico Bottaio which the flat sits above. They did a generous pour of red wine too. It’s easy walking distance to every place we wanted to see. We had fun shopping at the nearby outdoor market too. The shops nearby are wonderful. If you like cats check out Yaks Bags for the cutest handmade cat items! The only issue with the flat is the shower is poorly designed. The shower head is high flow. The shower pan is shallow. And the shower drain is extremely slow. Within one minute of showering the pan is full to overflowing. Even with turning the water off frequently it’s difficult to keep the water in the shower. This wouldn’t be such a problem if there were spare towels. But with only one hand and one bath towel each, we had to rely on the small bath mat to mop up the water. In the end we just decided not to use the shower. We made good use of the kitchen and were able to cook a meal, though be sure to bring your own oil. The bed was also comfortable after we put the bed slats back in place. The washing machine did a great job and I appreciate that there was laundry detergent supplied. Overall, a great flat which I would stay at again if they could fix the shower problem!
