Hotel was in a good location, we had a concert at Lucas oil. Hotel was mediocre at best. Hotel was outdated and need of repairs. Room was clean, bathroom door was heavy and would shut immediately on opening. Side door doe entrance didn’t close well and for a secure door it was not. Bed springs were bad, and not good for the back. Not worth the cost . It worked for a one night stay after a concert but wouldn’t chose to stay again.

The morning staff was very nice. The others were fine. Lots of little things were annoying like I hit a drink button on the machine for a Mr Pibb and it gave me a power drink. Stupid things like that that. They took 12 minutes to find my reservation.

In the middle of a renovation and it's coming along nicely. The morning desk employee was absolutely rude. I called in the morning to request late check out (the hotel was mostly vacant and it was Sunday morning) and there was no answer. I went to the desk an hour before check out time. I observed the desk employee in questionable behavior with the cleaning staff. She was making fun of their accents and speaking very rudely to them. She returned to the desk when I got to it. I asked if I could extend my checkout by an hour. This is fairly standard and many properties have a fee schedule for this. She looked at me and said no. She needs to clean that room now so I needed to pack my things as quickly as possible and leave. This was my first interaction with this employee. She didn't know which room I was in or anything else of that nature. I did end up staying in the room until the agreed upon check out time, but still not understanding what reasoning she had to be rude to the other employees and myself. As far as her appearance at the front desk, I would have been given pause if I was checking in. Her clothes and hair were dirty and she was unpleasant and foul with horrendous grammar. This could be a great spot for the price, but they need a serious intervention with this particular employee. It left a horrible imprint and ending to an otherwise positive stay.

Checked in and left immediately due to the condition of the property. The room and surrounding areas did not match the listing photos or expectations for a Quality Inn. After seeing the condition in person, I looked into the property further. The listing mentions it was previously a Motel 6 (and Rodeway Inn), which is easy to miss when booking. However, it does not clearly reflect that the property also operated as a Studio 6 extended-stay location more recently. The layout, furnishings, and overall setup still reflect that extended-stay style, with only minimal cosmetic updates. There were visible maintenance concerns including damaged baseboards, unfinished or peeling flooring, and a door off its hinges in a hallway. Based on the overall condition and environment, I did not feel comfortable staying. I returned the keys shortly after check-in and did not stay overnight. This is not about preference—it is about the property not aligning with how it is presented online.

The property is under renovations. Breakfast area has supplies all over the area meant for the renovations. The room we stayed in was new, updated furniture and clean. I cannot complain about the room. Bathroom could use a bit of a clean up but was alright.
