Overall it was a decent stay. The pool was “closed for maintenance” for the duration of our stay. I wish we had been told when booking as that was part of the reason we booked that hotel. The room had been maintained and you can see they fix what they can as well as they can. It could use an update but overall it was clean and decent. The pool has hours listed on it. The fitness room does not have hours nor was I informed of the hours when checking in but when I was halfway through my workout I was told it was closed. I incorrectly assumed it must be open whenever since there were no hours posted. So that was embarrassing and I left as quickly as I could. So ask about the hours before using the fitness room. It has 3 machines. A treadmill (which doesn’t stop without pulling the emergency cord or decreasing the speed all the way) an elliptical and sitting bike and then some mats and weights. It is decent for what it is. Overall, I might stay there again as it worked for what I needed it for but I’ll be asking about the pool before booking and asking about the hours of the fitness room as I still don’t know those.

Amenities: We booked there so we could use the pool, when we arrived and checked no one at the front desk let us know the pool was not working, we found out by seeing an “out of order sign on the pool door”. Room: The light in the hallway flickers, so clearly something with the electrical and also the small towel holder is falling off the wall, and they also don’t warn you about the noise from the train rolling by all night.

The bed was very comfortable and the extra seating area with couch was nice. Great water pressure with lots of hot water in the shower. Very convenient to have Dennys restaurant part of the hotel. Check in/out went quickly. Nice touch having a coffee/tea/water station with cookies in the lobby. Lots of free parking available. There is no elevator which is a drawback if you're on the upper floor. The bathroom area is a bit small and not alot of counter space. Overall a comfortable stay.

I specifically booked this property so I could swim after a long working day, to discover pool was out of order. Had I known, I would have booked a different hotel. Very disappointing and Expedia should have noted it on the site. Convenient having a Dennys on the property and other stores close by but for price, other hotels for not much more, would have been a better option.
