Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was, as stated, very small, but still very comfortable and well equipped. Thanks to the possibility of storing the suitcases under the bed, the space could be used optimally. Everything was also very well explained for European guests – absolutely recommendable!

We chose this hotel for our first time visiting Osaka and it was perfect. The staff is extremely friendly and they speak English. They helped us with a WiFi issue during our stay and gave us recommendations for good local places to eat. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and located right next to a family mart and a subway station. The convenience of this place made our first time navigating Osaka so easy.

The APA Hotel was easy to get to from the Shin- Osaka train station. The Temmabashi metro station is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. And the Osaka Castle is only a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel. If you are a runner/jogger you can jog around the Osaka Castle grounds. They have both a long route and short route for runners.

The rooms were really small. Only place to open the luggage is on top of the bed, or there is no place to even stand. The luggage can be stored under the bed when not in use though. Otherwise, very functional suite.

It is convenient, cheap, and has everything you need. Especially if you are a solo traveler it is the best option. Of the things I didnt like, my room was full of white flakes came from the AC. I dont know why but everytime thar I turned the AC ON a lot of white dirt felled from the ceiling and got everywhere. Besides that everything was good.

Rooms are impossibly small. Two people cannot be standing up in the room at the same time. Booked for two people, but our room only had 1 pillow and towels. They gave a 2nd one on request, but it was removed by the cleaning service the next day. The TV is made for Japanese only with all VOD shows having low verbal columns and Japanese only subtitles. Staff does not speak English. Breakfast was the worst of the 6 hotels we stayed in while in Japan. Gave 2 stars because price was low. Oh, look up the politics of the APA owner and don't stay here.

Voyage en famille avec nos deux enfants. Lors de la réservation nous devions avoir une chambre deux grands lits et petits déjeuner compris dans le prix A la réception on nous explique qu’il n’y a qu’un lit. On montre la réservation qui stipule 2 grands lits, du coup nous arrivons à avoir ce qui stipuler sur notre réservation mais pas sans mal. Nous avons dû également payer le petit déjeuner pour notre grande fille alors que lors de ma réservation c’était nuit avec petit déjeuner en aucun cas
